Reassurances, however, can be unwarranted; they are then equivalently a refusal on the part of the caseworker to deal with reality. In a case of marital counseling, for example, the wife raised the discussion that her husband&#8217;s excessive drinking might be due to some fault in herself. Instead of pursuing this line of thought and exploring the wife&#8217;s feelings in the matter, the caseworker said that the wife need not blame herself; that the drinking was partly rooted in her husband&#8217;s personality and partly an escape from worry caused by his business responsibilities. Clearly, this reassurance prevented the client from bringing into the open her own feelings. The caseworker, in effect, refused to accept something which in all probability was pertinent to the case.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"5\">\n<li>\u4fdd\u969c\u306e\u306a\u3044\u5b89\u5fc3\u611f<br>\u30b1\u30fc\u30b9\u30ef\u30fc\u30ab\u30fc\u304c\u30af\u30e9\u30a4\u30a2\u30f3\u30c8\u3092\u5b89\u5fc3\u3055\u305b\u308b\u3053\u3068\u306f\u3001\u5834\u5408\u306b\u3088\u3063\u3066\u306f\u5fc3\u7406\u7684\u30b5\u30dd\u30fc\u30c8\u306e\u4e00\u5f62\u614b\u3068\u306a\u308a\u5f97\u308b\u3002 root of overidentification is, again, a lack of self-awareness on the part of the caseworker. Recognizing something in the client which is very akin to something in his own life, the caseworker emotionally responds in a way which meets his own needs rather than the client&#8217;s. It may be such an intense concern about some area of the client&#8217;s situation that the caseworker assumes the principal responsibility for it. It may be the recognition of injustice done to the client by some person or some circumstance, but it is felt by the caseworker in such an extreme way that he unconsciously feels that he himself was the victim of the injustice.<br>It may be taking sides with the child against the parent, the wife against the husband, the client against the agency. It may be caseworker&#8217;s striving to gratify his own need for affection through the client. Thus the caseworker ceases to be a professional helping person to the degree of his overidentification, because he has confused his own problems and needs with those of the client.<br>Overidentification with the client, from whatever motive, creates a blind spot in the caseworker, impeding the perception of things as they really are and therefore endangering the effectiveness of the total helping process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>8\uff0e<strong>\u81ea\u8eab\u3068\u304c\u540c\u3058\u3067\u3042\u308b\u3068\u904e\u5270\u306b\u601d\u3044\u8fbc\u3080<\/strong>\u3053\u3068<br>\uff08\u30af\u30e9\u30a4\u30a2\u30f3\u30c8\u3068\uff09\u81ea\u8eab\u3068\u304c\u540c\u3058\u3067\u3042\u308b\u3068\u904e\u5270\u306b\u601d\u3044\u8fbc\u3080\u3053\u3068\u306e\u6839\u672c\u306b\u306f\u3001\u3084\u306f\u308a\u30b1\u30fc\u30b9\u30ef\u30fc\u30ab\u30fc\u5074\u306e\u81ea\u5df1\u8a8d\u8b58\u304c\u6b20\u3051\u3066\u3044\u308b\u3053\u3068\u304c\u3042\u308b\u3002
